Bilka, the Danish hypermarket, has embarked on a journey to position themselves as part of the entertainment industry. Mobile gaming has been at the core of Bilka’s brand engagement and permissions strategy since October 2016, with the launch of 3 på stribe (former Far til 14) and later on Power Per and Bilkabale - all on Pointvoucher’s platform.

A Match-3 game, built on a nationally famous commercial campaign for Bilka - Far til 14 (Dad of 14), has topped the Danish app stores and become a game for the whole family.

Players solve puzzles for hours to get free products from Bilka. The billions of points earned are spent in the voucher shop, and eventually turned into products at the Bilka hypermarkets.
